Executive Coaching & Mentoring
A highly personal process that maximises leadership ability and improves bottom-line results. We provide one-on-one coaching or mentoring to executives in areas that they identify as vital to their effectiveness or future performance.

Change Implementation
We work with business leaders to clarify their change goals and develop an integrated plan for the human as well as business process elements of the change.

Values and Behaviours
Organisational values influence the behaviours and attitudes that drive the bottom line. We help leaders to put in place values that are appropriate for their business, and to cement in place the behaviours that will then deliver concrete results.

Cultural Change
Culture - 'the way we do things around here' - is dependent on organisational history and normally changes only slowly. We speed up this process by focussing on the behaviours that define the culture - especially at leader level - and by encouraging high leverage new behaviours that represent declared value choices.

Team Coaching
We facilitate teams in identifying the criteria for team success, and developing team structure and processes for optimal results. We also have a range of assessment tools for measuring where the team is doing well and where the weakness are that could be strengthened.

Leadership Development
A two day leadership event that may be also supported by one-on-one coaching or mentoring to develop a person's own leadership style that makes best use of their existing style and preferences.
