4) Sub-Contracting to overseas high quality manufacturers either the items which cost you most to manufacture in your own plant, or all your manufacturing requirments. Estimated savings on sub-contracting manufacturing is between 15% to 35% dependant on annual quantities.  

5) Entering into a 'Joint Venture' (JV) manufacturing partnership with and overseas high quality manufacturer who matches your business and will run the business with you.  Estimated savings on direct sourcing is between 15% to 50% dependant on annual quantities. 

6) Setting up your own manufacturing base overseas and running it yourselves. Estimated savings on direct sourcing is between 25% to 100% dependant on annual quantities.
